Natural Sentiments offers stone candle holders and sculptures from Mbare, Ltd.  Mbare, Ltd. imports high quality African art from craftspeople in Zimbabwe, Kenya and South Africa. Each art piece is made from natural or recycled materials.

The stone candle holders and sculptures that Natural Sentiments offers are made from rapoko stone. Rapoko stone is a natural soft stone that is found on about every continent in the world. The stone used by African artists is quarried near where the artist lives and where the art pieces are created. Rapoko stone is durable and easy to work into beautiful art objects. Finished art pieces have a beautiful character and can enhance your home’s décor.

Natural Sentiments also offers stone coasters, decorative covered jars and vases from My African Heritage. These art pieces are made from artistians in Kenya. These products are made from Kisii stone, a soapstone, that is found in western Kenya.  These stone pieces are hand-carved by the artist and then polished with sandpaper and cleaned with a brush. The Kisii stone also comes in a variety of colors including black, white and pink.
